Already in 1892, when this apartment house was built, wallpaper was frequently used. This tradition has now been continued with contemporary wallpaper designs. The existing floor plan is still perfect. The century-old parquet and terrazzo flooring has been reworked. The deliberately simple kitchen furniture is new. All oil paint has been applied with a brush. The carefully renovated bathroom retains the flat’s original character. New coats of paint and exceptionally patterned wallpapers adapt to the spatial requirements as needed. They differ from room to room and thus add up to a delightful whole. The occupants of this flat created distinctive emphases with their own furniture.
